| 抄録: | 大皿料理が食卓で共有されると，場の一体感が生まれ，一見すると円滑かつ楽しいコミュニケーションが繰り広げられる．しかし，実際には，言葉をかわす範囲は限定的であり，さらには，日本特有の食文化である 「遠慮のかたまり」 からわかるように，個々人の意思疎通が必ずしもうまくいっているわけではなく，大皿を介した食卓でのコミュニケーションは，さらなる拡がりの余地が残されていると言える．そこで本研究では，大皿のとりわけに 「お酌」 行為を取り入れ，個々人のインタラクション機会を増加させるというアプローチをとることで大皿を介した食卓コミュニケーションの潜在可能性を引き出す試みを行った． : We seem to enjoy conversations because we have integrated feelings when we share platter-foods. But we have a limitation of communications. In addition, we can't communicate freely as we know “the last piece we are waiting for someone to eat" as a Japanese food culture. We have a room for expanding and activating communications. In this study, we try to adapt ‘oshaku’ when we serve a food from big plates because we make many chances to communication and we draw possibilities of communication on platter-mediated communication. |
