| 抄録: | 組織成員らの創造力と洞察力を育むために、システム方法論を利用するメカニズムについて理論的に検討した。まず組織的知識創造プロセスに沿うシステム方法論を構築した。そして社会システム論の文脈に沿って、そのようなシステム方法論の成果物がコミュニケーション・メディアとしての役割を果たすことについて示した。そして製品開発や組織変革等の問題解決に、問題領域の適応的熟達者と共働し、システム方法論を適用しながら、問題解決経験を繰り返すことにより、組織成員らの創造力と認識力を育成できることを、脳科学における長期記憶のメカニズムを参照しながら示した。 : In order to cultivate creativity and insight of organization members I theoretically examined the mechanism of the use of systems methodologies. First, I constructed a systems methodology which follows the organizational knowledge-creating process. Second, following the context of the social system theory, I showed that the output from the systems methodology would play a role of communication media. Then, I showed that we could cultivate knowledge of organization members for organizational knowledge creation and disseminate such knowledge in the organization by repetition of having rich experiences of product development or organization changes working together with adaptive experts in the problem domains. |
