| 抄録: | 本研究では、メタ認知スキルの学び方を議論のファシリテーションの経験学習を通じて探求していく教育プログラムを開発し、２年間に渡り実践した。教育プログラムでは、経験学習サイクルの転回を意識させ、議論のファシリテーションの経験の中で試行錯誤させた後に、その活動の背後にあるメタ認知的活動の知識についてTA活動を捉える枠組みとして教えた。教育プログラムで提出された報告書を対象に分析を実施したところ、TAは知識を経験と結び付けて理解を深化させ、メタ認知の観点から経験学習サイクルを転回し、メタ認知スキル習得への動機づけを高めたことが示された。 : In this study, we developed an educational program for searching the ways in which metacognitive skills may be learnt through experiential learning by facilitating discussions and implemented it in the last two years. After making TAs being aware of the experiential learning cycle, and allowing them to take a trial and error approach through the experience of facilitating discussions, we taught them the metacognitive knowledge behind these activities as a framework to capture their TA activities. As a result of analysis TAs’ reports submitted as a part of the educational program, the TAs linked this knowledge with their experience to deepen their understanding, carried out experiential learning cycles from a metacognitive point of view, and increased in their motivation to acquire metacognitive skills. |
