| 抄録: | 文書作成過程において，執筆者は文書作成作業の開始時点からいきなり最終版の文書を完成させることができるわけではなく，試行錯誤を繰り返しながら徐々に文書を完成させていく．その際，文書作成の開始時点から最終稿の完成時点までの間にいったん書き出されたものの，最終的に削除された文章断片（DTF）が数多く存在する．DTFは，削除されたからといって，まったく無価値なわけではなく，活用可能性を秘めているものと考えられる．しかし従来，DTFの潜在的価値に着目し，これを収集・活用しようとした試みは存在しなかった．そこで，本論文においては，活用可能性が高いと思われるDTFの効率的な収集方法と，DTFの活用可能性について，それぞれ基礎的な検討・考察を行った．DTF収集方法については，後の活用可能性が高いと思われるDTFの特性について検討を行ったうえで，そのDTFを効率的に収集可能な機能を有する文書作成システム「Text ComposTer」を提案した．DTFの活用可能性については，新たな文書作成におけるDTFの活用可能性を被験者実験を通して検討した．その結果，Text ComposTerはDTF収集手段として適していることが判明した．また，新たな文書の作成時における上流工程から下流工程にわたり，DTFが活用可能であることが判明した． : In a document creation process, an author of the document usually cannot write the completed version perfectly from the beginning; he/she gradually progresses to the completed version. In this process, parts of the document (text fragments) that he/she has determined not to use for the documents are merely discarded. These DTFs (Deleted Text Fragments) have potential to be utilized in another knowledge creation task. However, there have been no attempts to collect and to utilize such DTFs. Therefore, in this paper, we first considered means to efficiently collect DTFs. We implemented a text composition support system: “Text ComposTer.” We conducted experiments of writing documents with Text ComposTer. In addition, we investigated availability of the collected DTFs. As a result, the DTFs have potential to be used in creating new documents and knowledge. We also found that Text ComposTer is efficient as the means of collecting DTFs. |
