| 抄録: | This paper discusses the community tourism governance for the sustainable tourism development led by actors. The authors propose the simple relationship model involving destination resources, extra-regional actors and an intermediary. The model is characterized by four functions of intermediary, commercialization, public relations and sales, visitation of tourists, and reinvestment for community resources. The case of Kiritappu wetland trust at Hamanaka, Hokkaido is studied and is well described by this model. It is likely to be an ideal case for the community sustainable tourism since the intermediary of the case has four effective functions. The authors believe that the model can be a unique and useful tool for developing community sustainable tourism. |
