| 抄録: | 近年，多くの企業でリモートワークが導入されている．リモートワークは勤務者の生産性向上を促す一方で，オフィス出勤と比較しインフォーマルコミュニケーションの頻度が低下すると言われている．そこで，本研究では現実世界でのインフォーマルコミュニケーションを促すきっかけとなる，物理的オブジェクトを共有するシステムを考案・開発した．本研究では身の回りにあるモノを物理的オブジェクトとして定義した．提案システムOBJEChaT は，ビデオチャットを用いて参加者が近況を表す物理的オブジェクトを共有し，それをきっかけにテキストチャットによって会話を行うことが可能である．実験において顔投影時とオブジェクト投影時とで，システムの居心地のよさや会話数の比較を行った．その結果，オブジェクト配信時の方が映像を共有する抵抗感が低いことや，見られている圧迫感が低いことから，オブジェクトがシステムに居心地よくさせていることが示唆された．また会話内容や映像から物理的オブジェクト由来の会話が多く発生していることが確認でき，インフォーマルコミュニケーションを誘発することができると示唆された．
In recent years, remote work has been introduced in many companies. While remote work improves worker productivity, it is said to reduce the frequency of informal communication compared to office work.Therefore, we have devised and developed a system to share physical objects in order to promote informal communication in the real world. We defined "physical objects" as things that are around us. The proposed system, OBJEChaT, allows participants to share physical objects that represent their immediate surroundings via video chat and to have a conversation via text chat. In our experiments, we compared the ease of staying in the system and the number of conversations when only faces were projected and when only objects were projected. The results showed that people who projected objects were less resistant to sharing images and had a lower sense of being watched, suggesting that the objects made it easier for people to stay in the system. In addition, the content of the conversations and images suggested that many conversations originated from physical objects, triggering informal communication. |
