| 抄録: | 個人が特定の自由を侵害されたときに喚起される，自由回復を志向した動機的状態は心理的リアクタンスと呼ばれている．本稿では，先延ばし行動を改善させるための，心理的リアクタンスの反発力を活用した手段の実現に向けた基礎的な調査として，自由を規制する教示を行うことによる先延ばし行動への影響について検討する．実験の結果，あまり関係が無いはずの第三者からの心理的リアクタンス教示によって，先延ばし行動を抑制するポジティブな効果が得られる可能性が示唆された．The motivational state that is aroused when an individual's specific freedom is violated and that is oriented toward the restoration of freedom is called “psychological reactance.” In this paper, we examine the effect of freedom-restricting instruction on procrastination behavior as a basic investigation toward the realization of a means to improve procrastination behavior by utilizing the repulsive force of psychological reactance. The experimental results suggest that psychological reactance instruction from an unrelated third person may have a positive effect to inhibit procrastination behavior. |
