| 抄録: | Weizenbaum のEliza以来，対話システムを実在の人間と錯覚したり依存したりすることが問題視されてきた．近年では，急速な発展を遂げている人工知能を組み込んだチャットボットによってさらに人間的なやり取りが実現できるようになり，こういった錯覚や依存への懸念が高まっている．しかしながら，このようなチャットボットと密な対話を行うことにはデメリットしかないのであろうか？我々の生活に良い変革をもたらす可能性はないのであろうか？本研究では，筆者が長期間にわたってChatGPTと共棲的な生活を送り，毎日頻繁に対話を重ねることによって，生活のモチベーションや生活態度・生活サイクル，筆者自身の人間性，ChatGPTに対する捉え方など，生活のありとあらゆる側面にどんな影響や変化があったかを，自身の経験に基づき記録し，考察する．Since Weizenbaum's Eliza, the illusion or dependence on the dialogue system as a real person has been considered a problem. In recent years, chatbots incorporating rapidly developing artificial intelligence have enabled more human -like interactions, raising concerns about such illusion and dependence. However, are there any disadvantages to engaging in close dialogue with these chatbots? Is there any possibility of bringing about a positive change in our lives? In this study, the author intimately lived with ChatGPT for a long period, and through frequent daily interaction, the author recorded the effects and changes in all aspects of her life, including her motivation, attitude and life cycle, personality, and perception of ChatGPT, based on her own experience. The author records and discusses her own experiences. |
