| 抄録: | This paper describes ”Office Buzz Channel (OBC),” which is a communication channel that allows people working in partitioned/dsitributed offices to readily share various situation awareness information in a similar way to that in a non-partitoned large-room office. OBC is an infrastructure of in-office communications for conveying situation awareness information. OBC is built upon UDP broadcasting to a subnetwork and a simple application layer protocol is incorporated into OBC. In this paper, the setup of OBC is described first, then several cases of usage of OBC in my laboratory are briefly introduced, and finally efficiencies of OBC are discussed based on the cases. |
