| Abstract: | 環境資源問題の観点から有機分子材料を用いたスピントロニクスが非常に注目されている。本研究では有機分子材料とスピン注入源である強磁性体との界面状態を制御しやすい平面型構造素子を用い、強磁性体／有機分子／強磁性体接合の磁気抵抗効果を測定し、分子材料のスピン依存伝導特性を評価した。その結果、Ni_<80>Fe_<20>/Mq_3(M = Al, Ga)/Ni_<80>Fe_<20> 接合から、Ni_<80>Fe_<20> 電極の局所的な磁化状態に起因する磁気抵抗効果の観測に成功した。 |
