| Abstract: | 本研究を通して、ナノ微粒子を食品のような複合物の解析に用いることができることを明確に示すことができた。Nano-PALDI MSによる食品成分群の網羅的解析を行った。対象は、高麗人参エキスとした。有効成分群の他、脂質などを同定することに成功した。質量分析イメージング法で、高麗人参の有効成分ジンセノサイドが高麗人参側根のどこに局在しているのかを可視化することができた。分子選択的なイオン化にも成功した。 : Our pilot study showed that the nanoparticles could ionize the food sample without the aid of chemical and liquid matrices used in conventional MS methods. Analysis of the post-source decay spectra obtained using nano-PALDI MS will yield information regarding the chemical structure of the analyte. |
