| Abstract: | 2012 年，中央教育審議会にてアクティブラーニングの導入が提言されたことにより，大学教育の場でグループワークが多く実施されている．しかしながら，その中で，学習効果が向上しない事例が発生している．要因としては役割を指定しない，適切に割り振れていないことにより協力しない人が発生しそれらの存在が学習効果を抑制していることが挙げられている．本研究では，簡易的にグループワークにおける役割を見出し，指定することで学習効果の向上を目指す．具体的な手法として，グループワーク実施前にしばしば行われる親睦会としてのキックオフパーティでトラブルを発生させることにより，個々の行動特性をあぶり出し，役割決定のための材料とする．食事中の行動は無意識に出るものが多く，他者の目にとまりやすい．本稿では，食事会でトラブルを発生させ，対処した行動が役割決定にどのような影響を及ぼすのか，また満足度の高いグループワーク実施に繋がるのか調査した． |
