[Notice of Temporary Suspension of Repository Registration] Due to the system transition of the JAIST Repository, we will temporarily suspend new submissions after the papers scheduled for completion by June 30, 2026 (final submission deadline: June 19, 2026). Please note that during the period below, we will restrict submissions other than doctoral dissertations and urgent journal articles or conference papers. Papers requested for registration during the restricted period will be registered sequentially after the repository transition is complete (scheduled for February 2027). Please note that even for papers requiring urgent registration, those subject to an embargo imposed by the publisher cannot be registered until the embargo expires.

[Regarding the "[JAIST学術研究成果リポジトリ]2026-09 利用統計レポート"([JAIST Repository] 2026-09 Usage Statistics Report)] As noted above, the JAIST Repository is currently in the process of migrating to a new system. On October 1, 2026, an email regarding viewing statistics was automatically sent with the subject line "[JAIST学術研究成果リポジトリ]2026-09 利用統計レポート"([JAIST Repository] 2026-09 Usage Statistics Report)]," but as of that date, the new repository is not yet public due to the ongoing migration process, so the number of views is nearly zero (a few views were counted during operational testing). Emails titled "JAIST Repository：文献閲覧状況: Monthly usage statistics for your article" from the previous system are scheduled to be sent as usual. We appreciate your understanding.
